Is TopDash a new option? You didn't mention it in your video. So, your tips don't work for TopDash when you have to keep your acceptance more than 70%.

Leave clear dropoff instructions, gate code, where the unit is located in the complex. And tip extra if it's a long way from the street or distance from restaurant.always tip a shop and deliver order.

Biggest pet peeve... you drive a burger and fries 10 miles with no tip and there's either some kid who swiped their parents phone or some broke teenager living in his Momma's basement who could care less about tipping you or any extra effort you went through. Parents teach your kids not to order without permission and tell your teenager about adults trying to make a living not make sure they have their munchies satisfied.. that's your job Mom and Dad.

Doordash deactivated me without any explanation whatsoever.. as a felon it's almost impossible to find a job that you can enjoy, and that is high paying. If you schedule dashes ahead of time and then for some reason can’t do it, how do you cancel? & are you penalized in any way if you do cancel or can’t do the full amount of time scheduled

What insurance you need to pick up while delivering?

i was skeptical but now i believe Knock or No-Knock should be a mandatory question on the app, it would help so much on both ends with any hand-to-me.

What about when the restaurant is out of something? Does the driver have to contact the customer about the replacement or the restaurant should? At Noodles and Company, the cook waited until i got there to have me tell the customer that the entree wasn't available anymore. I told him he has the customer info and he should have communicated that 20 minutes ago to the customer instead of waiting on me to. The cook got angry and called DD to tattletale on me. DD didn't deactivate me (of course). I don't feel i should have to ask the customer what else they want especially since they rarely communicate back in a timely manner. The restaurant should refund or work it out

Doordash is a monster. They screw customers and they screw Dashers. They will string you along and drop you for no reason when they want make room for new dupes. There's a place in hell for Doordash. Don't buy this hype. Doordash is a scam up and down.

what if there not accepting new drivers in my area

Not thru the vid yet but yea don't ask dashers to do crazy stuff for you at a restaurant we dont get paid enough for that. I had a customer call me instantly when i accepted an order the other day to request I ask mcdonalds for "4 cups of big mac sauce" (which they of course have not paid for). Instantly unassigned the order and moved on with my day.

My number one pet peeve for customers is leaving an unleashed dog outside when they order delivery. Doesn't matter if you think they're friendly, animals are unpredictable and it's a really messy situation when a dog bites a dasher.
